Dash!

The game “Dash!” first appears at the end of lesson 1.37, which is a particularly strategic point at which to introduce it because that is the lesson in which, at long last, the students are presented with the last of the 60 most common verbs. It is used as a motivational tool to help students review or memorize large quantities of vocabulary. It is a fast-paced, competitive game and, as such, is best used in a group setting in which two teams can be formed, though it conceivably could be played by as few as two people. Watch the following video to see how it can take place between two teams.
